One thing about us is that we are obsessed with good food. While obsessions typically fade as time goes on, our barbecue obsession never seems to leave. This obsession brought us to Texas, where we spent four days trying 10 different barbecue restaurants. We loved the atmosphere, the people, and most of all, the food. It was an amazing experience that we wanted to bring home to Idaho. ​

We came home from this journey and spent months perfecting our recipes. All of our unique recipes (including our sauces) are made from scratch using only the highest quality ingredients. We use our own custom spice blends for our meats, which are smoked fresh every day. Come enjoy an experience that is truly unique to Idaho!
